Decline of feature phones

New figures from IDC show a drop in worldwide market share for feature phone manufacturers such as Nokia. The decline is a result of the increased demand for smartphones that serve as multifunction devices. These new phones allow their users to produce digital content as well to have mobile access to data from various sources. This has been a boom for smartphone phone manufacturers such as Apple and Samsung.
