Samsung stores opens in Burnaby on July 12, Microsoft to open one in Toronto

Well it seems that all the big companies are following Apple’s lead and opening retail outlets these days.  Samsung has recently opened their retail outlet at Metrotown Mall in Burnaby, BC.  According to initial reviews of the store it resembles Apple’s stores in that it allows customers to have hands-on time with its devices, accessories are lined up on the walls and a “Genius-Bar” like area is located at the back of the store.  Not to be outdone, Microsoft who currently has 20 retail outlets in the US just announced that its first international store will be opening in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto in the fall.
