Pinnacle Studio for iPad Free

Avid first introduced it’s iMovie alternative back in February of this year.  Just recently though Avid sold its consumer division to Corel forcing it to rename its iOS app to Pinnacle Studio.  In an attempt to entice iPad video editors to try its alternative, the app is free for a limited tme.  The company has made improvements to the software, including support for 1080p video and a number of stability improvements.
